Returns Policy

Refund Policy:
Our commitment to you and your company is to provide the best wholesale beverage service possible, and to correct any error that may have been made, or to resolve any issue that has you dissatisfied with your service or the products you have purchased from us at SF Beverages.

If your order is incorrectly fulfilled, or you would like to return or replace any items, please call us at 415-368-1849 or email info@sfbeverages.com as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We operate our own delivery trucks and they are out making deliveries Tuesday through Friday. We will pick up returned products for free and/or deliver a substitute product as soon as possible in that window. This is typically within 24 to 48 hours, or during the next operational day that our trucks are on the road. 

If you decided to return any item, we will arrange pick-up of any unopened cases from your office for free, and replace them with a substitution, or refund your payment. 

Opened cases will be replaced if the product is defective or is deemed to have a defect, quality problem or freshness issue.

Warranty Limitation:
Please note, free returns only apply to deliveries made to your company in the Bay Area, which includes San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Contra Costa, and Alameda Counties.

Additional Terms:
The SFBeverages.com online store has been designed to require a $100 minimum order. Any orders that do not meet this requirement, but are successfully transacted, will be immediately cancelled.

Any orders that are completed, but are outside our delivery area, will be promptly cancelled and charges will be reversed.
