If your order is incorrectly fulfilled, or you would like to return or replace any items, please call us at 415-368-1849 or email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
We operate our own delivery trucks and they are out making deliveries Tuesday through Friday. We will pick up returned products for free and/or deliver a substitute product as soon as possible in that window. This is typically within 24 to 48 hours, or during the next operational day that our trucks are on the road.
Opened cases will be replaced if the product is defective or is deemed to have a defect, quality problem or freshness issue.
Any orders that are completed, but are outside our delivery area, will be promptly cancelled and charges will be reversed.
